My name is Bernadette and I am passionate about helping my clients become pain free, and improve their physical and mental well-being. I first discovered The Bowen Technique and learnt how effective it was when it helped me recover from a running injury. At that time, I was working as a Paralegal but never forgot the effectiveness of the technique, and  several years later, decided to train as a practitioner. I then went onto train as Sports Massage therapist to broaden my skills as a Soft Tissue Therapist. My qualifications include Deep Tissue Massage, Muscle Energy Technique, Soft Tissue Release Technique and the hugely popular Trigger Point Therapy. 
I have been lucky enough to work alongside some very talented physiotherapists and have treated Performance Athletes and GB athletes. My main passion lies in bringing the skills I have gained in Elite Sport and applying them to anyone who has aches and pains from everyday movement. The motto of my sister business is "Sports massage is not just for Sporty People!'
